After decades
of annual interactions the INS AAAI Joint
Working Committee was set up with an informal
meeting on 14th February, 2005 with the
initial terms of reference being payments,
disputes, client embargo, wrong reporting
and OBROR.
Mr Paresh Nath is the current Chairman
of this committee. Prior to Mr Paresh Nath,
Mr Sam Balsara was the Chairman of this
committee.
Currently the Committee consists of the

So far several Joint Meetings have been
held since its inception and a number of
one-on-one reconciliation meetings have
also taken place between INS Members and
AAAI Members, under the aegis of this Joint
Committee. These have gone a long way to
sort out some old outstanding issues of
INS members in a professional and cordial
environment to the satisfaction of all concerned.
